PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a bag container having an ejection port which can eject the contents smoothly. SOLUTION: The ejection port part of a bag container is formed by a method in which a mandrel 70 having an asymmetric cross section is placed between sheets 1a, 1b laid one upon the other, and it is pressed from the outside of the sheets by a first die 75 and a second die 73. In this process, the mandrel 70 is not heated, the first die 75 is heated at a temperature of at least the melting point of the sealant layer of the sheet 1a, and the second dye is kept at a temperature which is 90% or below of the melting point of the sealant layer of the sheet 1b.
