PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low noise output buffer capable of adjusting current drive capacity to an optimum value and minimizing electromagnetic wave noise. SOLUTION: This low noise output buffer 10 is provided with an output drive current control circuit 22 for selectively inputting signals operated by a prescribed frequency at the time of an actual operation, comparing the output voltage of an output terminal PAD at the time of performing an operation by using the selectively inputted signals with a prescribed reference voltage (20), outputting control signals for controlling a drive current for driving the output terminal corresponding to the compared result and driving the output terminal by the drive current corresponding to the control signals.
