PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyamide resin films and laminates having a good dimensional stability against water and excellent in resistance to fatigue from flexing. SOLUTION: A polyamide resin film has a dimensional change ratio per 60% relative humidity change both in the film crosswise and lengthwise directions of not more than 2% and, simultaneously, a number of pinholes to be produced by flexing the film 1,000 times at a rate of 40 times per minute of not more than 20 per 17.78 cm square. A laminate has at least two layers in which at least one of the utmost outer layers is a layer containing a polyamide resin and has a dimensional change ratio per 60% relative humidity change both in the film crosswise and lengthwise directions of not more than 2% and, simultaneously, the number of pinholes to be produced by flexing the film 1,000 times at a rate of 40 times per minute of not more than 20 per 17.78 cm square.
