PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for winding a cable and cutting it to a fixed length optimum for cutting the cable to a fixed length. SOLUTION: This device for winding a cable and cutting it to a fixed length comprises a second winding member 2 opposing to a first winding member 1, a hold member 3 holding the first and second winding members 1, 2 movably, and cutting jigs 11 attached to the first and second winding members 1, 2 so as to cut a plurality of cables simultaneously. The cables are wound around the first and second winding members 1, 2 by rotating the hold member 3 and are cut by the cutting jigs 11.
