PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled object receptacle which does not include a cutting edge so that it is highly safety and can be easily disposed of. SOLUTION: The receptacle 1 includes a storage box 3 having a roll of a wrap film 2 stored therein and a lid plate 4 connected to the storage box 3 and having an end piece 41 along with a widthwise direction of the film 2. In this case, a cut 5 is provided at least on one of ends in a longitudinal direction of the end piece 41, wherein an inner rim corner toward the center of the end piece 41 on the cut is to serve as an initial point for cutting the wrap film 2. In addition, an anti-slipping portion 6 for tightly fixing the wrap film 2 when handling the film 2 is provided on an internal surface of the end piece 41 at least in the vicinity of the cut 5.
