PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance quality as well as working efficiency by providing a light and compact positioning apparatus which is flexibly applicable to any of size designations of sticking positions. SOLUTION: This apparatus includes an apparatus main body 1 having an X-axis side portion 30 provided with an X-axial size scale part 4 and a Y-axis side portion 40 provided with a Y-axial size scale part 7. A slide block 14 is disposed on the Y-axis side portion 40 in a slidable manner, and a pitch- feeding control part for regulating the movement of the slide block 14 at a predetermined pitch in the direction of the Y-axis is provided at the Y-axis side portion 40. An X-axis size positioning member 23 having an X-axial size scale part 25 to determine the positioning of a label is provided to the slide block 14, and a Y-axis size reading block 26 for adjusting the X-axis size positioning member 23 to the scale of the Y-axial size scale part 7 is provided to the slide block 14.
