摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change a hand-over point by switching a wireless station of a communication target, and changing the wireless frequency of a moving station into the wireless frequency of a next communication target when the running position of a train measured by a position measurement means exceeds the running position stored in a storing means. SOLUTION: When the running position of a train 22 is within the range of wireless communication of a wireless station 27a, the transmission frequency of a transmission/ reception unit in a movable station wireless device 23 is set to be the reception frequency fA2 of the wireless station 27a while the reception frequency is set to be the transmission frequency fA1 of the wireless station 27a. Then, when the running position of the train 22 is moved in the wireless communication region of a wireless station 27b, the transmission and reception frequencies of a transmitter/receiver in the moving station wireless device 23 are respectively set to be the reception and transmission frequencies fB2, fB1 of the station 27b. Changeover of the frequencies are controlled in this way according to the result of detection of the running position of the train 22 by a position measurement apparatus in the device 23 which detects that the train 22 has passed the vicinity of a ground side pickup 26 through a vehicle side pickup 25.
