PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture image formation device capable of preventing winding in and breakage of a guide Mylar in a conveyance roller part even if a drive source is rotated reversely to securely release nip of FRR feeding paper upon completion of paper feeding job. SOLUTION: Conveyance rollers 11 to 14 are connected by timing belts 16, 17, non-exciting operation type electromagnetic clutches 18, 19 are arranged on shafts of the conveyance rollers 11, 13, driving force is intermittently transmitted through belt loops 21, 22 and input gears 23, 24 from a motor 20 to drive and stop each conveyance roller. An FRR paper feeding system is employed in a feeding paper separation part. When a drive source is rotated reversely to release mutual biting of paper feeding rollers, the conveyance rollers are also rotated reversely. Since a guide Mylar is readily wound into a guide plate side if the guide Mylar is in contact with the conveyance roller 13, electricity is conducted into the non-exciting operation type electromagnetic clutches 18, 19 to shut off the drive so as to prevent the reverse rotation of the conveyance rollers when the drive source is rotated reversely.
