PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the antirust function and working property by providing an oil resisting packing on the lower end of a cylindrical body having a split cylindrical wall member connected thereto to cover the exposed shank part of a foundation bolt. SOLUTION: The exposed shank part 1a of a foundation bolt 1 coated with antirust 7 is enclosed by a cylindrical body 8. A wedge 9 is pressed in between the lower surface of an upper foundation member 2 and the cylindrical body 8 to press the cylindrical body 8 to a lower foundation member 3 through an oil resisting packing 10 provided on the lower end thereof, so that the antirust 7 is prevented from falling down in use and leaking through the lower end of the cylindrical body 8. The cylindrical body 8 is formed on a cylindrical body made of polyolefin, and it is cut in one position parallel to the axis, and also cut in the other position of the inner surface in parallel to the axis so that the skin layer of the slit part is openable and closable as a hinge. Further, when the shank 1a is long, a plurality of relatively short cylindrical bodies 8 are vertically stacked and used, so that the manufacture of the cylindrical body 8 is facilitated. According to this, the member cost can be reduced, the construction can be facilitated, and an excellent antirust effect can be continued.
