PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately release a related resource without holding it for a long time by restarting a relief level by the same input information with regard to an OMAP test not executed at the restart of the relief level. SOLUTION: A command data storage resource 13 stores test information before execution of the test, and registration of the test and test information are transferred to a start data management resource 14 when execution of the test is possible. When the transfer of them to the start data management resource is finished, the command data storage resource is initialized. On the occurrence of restart of a relief level, the command data storage resource is initialized. When the command data storage resource stores the test information, this OMAP test becomes invalid and the test by reapplication of a command is started. The start data management resource and a test information management resource 15 before the execution of the OMAP test are all relieved after the restart of the relief level.
