PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the IC card which makes it possible to diagnose stored data while holding the secrecy of design information. SOLUTION: This IC card is equipped with a RAM 10 which stores character data 110 and binary data 120 and also stores design information 130 representing the formats, lengths, storage positions, etc., of the character data 110 and binary data 120 and a CPU 30 which receives a diagnosis start instruction from outside, diagnoses whether or not the format of data stored in the RAM 10 matches the format that the design information 130 represents, and passes the diagnosis result to the outside. |
