PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently store a large number of bicycles within a limited period of time in a bicycle parking device for parking a bicycle by conveying the bicycle in the ground from the ground and to prevent a bicycle parking treatment function from being stopped even when there is a trouble in one system of bicycle conveyor. SOLUTION: A plurality of bicycle conveyors 16 constituted of a bicycle delivery device capable of being carried in and out are provided to guide rails 21 of tables 17 capable of being rotated/raised and lowered to the inside of a hollow space 10 in the ground. A plurality of bicycle keeping devices 31 approximately radially providing guide rails 35 to rotatable tables 32 having up and down multistage are provided to the circumferences of the bicycle conveyors 16. Bicycles are pulled in the guide rails 21 of the tables 17 from the ground side by the delivery device, the tables 17 are lowered up to the tables 32 of the bicycle keeping devices 31, and the bicycles are moved to the empty guide rails 35 to park the bicycles.
