PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To homogenize garbage while facilitating the agitation for mixing of garbage, and to restrict the generation of harmful material such as dioxin with burning while flowing the moisture inside of garbage bags out so as to enable the homogenous and continuous burning of garbage by arranging plural blades for breaking bags inside of a bucket. SOLUTION: Pin-like bag breaking blades 5 projected from the center of a bucket without generating interference of tips thereof with each other and having a length crossing each other so as to securely bore garbage bags at the time of closing bucket pieces 3, 4 of a bucket arranged in a garbage throw-in crane freely to be elevated are arranged in the inner surface of each bucket piece 3, 4. In this case, pivotal shafts 2, 2 of each bucket piece 3, 4 are arranged in parallel with each other with the predetermined space so that the garbage bags can be securely broken at the time of opening the buckets 3, 4 after holding the garbage. Plural pin-like bag breaking blades 7 are arranged inside of a bucket frame 1 so that the garbage bags held in an upper part inside of the bucket can be securely bored.
