PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture simply and inexpensively floor decorated materials, the surface materials of which are tiles, and improve the productivity and the yield. SOLUTION: A frame 1 of a synthetic resin (an olefin resin for example) is molded by injection-molding, and after the frame 1 is taken out from a mold, before the frame 1 is cooled down completely and while the resin is still flexible, surface material 2 are fitted into the frame 1. After the frame is taken out from a mold, the frame 1 is once cooled, and heated again (for 24 hours at 80 deg.C for example), before the frame after this reheating is cooled down completely and while the resin is still flexible, a surface materials are fitted to the frame.
