PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile block for building which reflects light in a limited range. SOLUTION: Many transparent beads 3 made of a hard material are buried in a opaque substrate 2 so that their apexes 3a are exposed from the surface of the substrate 2, and light reflectors 4 are provided on the bottom faces of the transparent beads 3 to form a tile block 1. When the shape of each apex 3a is formed into a circular spherical surface or an elliptic spherical surface, the range of the reflected light can be limited.
