PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition having excellent curability and capable of forming a coating film excellent in hardness, resistance to scratch, low curledness, adhesion and transparency to the surfaces of various kinds of base materials, and to obtain a corresponding cured product therefrom. SOLUTION: This resin composition contains (A) particles produced by binding particles of oxide(s) of at least one element selected from the group consisting of silicon, aluminum, zirconium, titanium, zinc, germanium, indium, tin, antimony and cerium to an organic compound containing a polymerizable unsaturated group and a group represented by the formula (X is NH, O or S; Y is O or S), (B) a compound having >=4 polymerizable unsaturated groups in the molecule, and (C) a compound having 1 to 3 polymerizable unsaturated group(s) in the molecule.
