PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject skin lotion having an excellent improving and prophylactic effect to a severe itchiness accompanying with an atopic dermatitis, a dry skin diseases represented by housewives eczema, and inflammatory skin diseases by concomitantly using crotamiton with a heparin like substance to reinforce the antipruritic effect of crotamiton. SOLUTION: This skin lotion contains (A) crotamiton and (B) a heparin like substance. Further, e.g. based on the total preparation, 2-30 wt.% component A, 0.01-2.0 wt.% component B are blended so as to make the ratio of components A:B (weight ratio)=(1:1)-(300:1), especially (5:1)-(50:1), and as necessary it is allowed to contain besides the above essential components, an anti- inflammatory agent such as glycyrrhetinic acid, a local anesthetic agent such as lidocaine, a bactericide such as chlorhexidine hydrochloride, a vitamin such as tochopherol and a refrigerant such as menthol.
