PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll clamp device capable of correcting and moving an abutting position of a clamp arm on one side for a roll paper after abutting a clamp arm on the other side on the roll paper without requiring vehicle operation. SOLUTION: In a roll clamp device, a clamp holder 12 having a pair of opposing short arm 13 and swing arm 14 is arranged on a front face of a ground panel 11 mounted on a fork lift through a clamp position correction device 20. The clamp position correction device 20 consists of a guide bracket 24 having a guide groove 23 like circular arc centered on a mounting shaft of a clamp pad on short side 16, a guide rod 21 moving along the guide groove 23, and a hydraulic cylinder 25 as a drive source. Consequently, the clamp holder 12 is turned in a state of abutting the clamp pad on short side 16 on a roll paper W to correct an abutting position of a clamp pad on swing side 17 for the roll paper W.
