PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden to be applied to a hoisting device by providing girders stretched between top ends of right and left legs, a suspension beam horizontally traveling on the girders, and a hoisting trolley traveling on the suspension beam, and furthermore, providing a hoisting device for suspending a guide bar and a suspended chain from the hoisting trolley and for hoisting a long-size material for carrying. SOLUTION: A central part of a suspension beam 5 is provided with an operation chamber 18 suspended from the suspension beam 5 so as to be arranged under the suspension beam 5. A driving device makes a leg 1 and a girder 2 unified with each other travel to a position near a long-size material 13 to be carried. After moving the suspension beam 5 to a position just over the long-size material 13 with a driving motor 6, a hoisting trolley 4 is made to travel to the hoisting position of the long-size material 13. Guide bars 14 and suspended chains 15 are suspended by a hoisting device 16, and the long-size material 13 is fixed by the suspended chain (sling type sheet pile hoisting tool) at the hoisting position, and hoisted horizontally. Continuously, the suspension beam 5 is moved on the girders 2 by the driving motor 6 so as to carry the long-size material 13 to be carried to the predetermined place.
