PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill a pasty material within an allowable limit of weight by measuring the weight of the pasty material filled in a small container by a load cell, comparing the measured weight with the preset value, and feeding back the difference to a servo motor for filling. SOLUTION: When a small container 5 is carried to the position of a hand 4, a servo motor for elevating/lowering a cartridge is operated, and a tip of a nozzle 13 is lowered to the position of a spout of the small container 5. In this condition, the cartridge for filling is operated, the pasty material is discharged from the nozzle, and filled in the small container 5. Then, the small container 5 filled with the pasty 1k, material is temporarily released from the hand 4, and the weight is measured by a load cell 10 provided immediately therebelow, and the measured weight is transmitted to a control part. The control part compares the preset value with the measured value, and feeds back the difference through the pulse conversion so that the next filling can be achieved within the allowable limit of weight.
