PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat generating wire which is a combination of a copper wire and a iron wire and heats a wide area at a low temperature with small power. SOLUTION: This method relates to a heat generating wire heating a wide area. For example, a copper wire 1 of 0.5 mm 10 m long is combined with an iron wire 2 of 0.5 mm 10 m long to make a heat generating wire. Applying a voltage to the wire, heating is generated responsive to the voltage. At this time, this wire has heat accumulation, thereby heat can be kept even if power is interrupted because conductivity and thermal conductivity of copper and iron are different. Furthermore, heat keeping time can be made long by increasing the number of the iron wire. And when a wide area is heated for a long time, power consumption can be reduced.
