PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear projection type screen by which a sheet is not deteriorated when a rib is attached to a lenticular lens sheet and a Fresnel lens sheet and by which the rib can be attached to the sheets at a screen setting place. SOLUTION: The ribs 3a and 5a are attached to the peripheral parts of the lenticular lens sheet 2 and the Fresnel lens sheet 4, and the sheets 2 and 4 are attached to a frame 6 by using the ribs. The attachment of the ribs 3a and 5a to the peripheral parts of the sheets is performed by superposing the ribs 3a and 5a on the sheet peripheral parts and pressing and holding the sheet peripheral parts, the ribs 3a and 5a by use of a pressing and holding means. The pressing and holding means has channel members 13a and 15a extending along the sheet peripheral parts, and bolts 17 and 19 attached to the members 13a and 15a with a gap in a direction along the sheet peripheral parts, and applying pressing and holding force to the sheet peripheral parts and the ribs 3a and 5a.
