PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an excessive rise in intake-air temperature on discharging side of a supercharger when a throttle valve is completely closed. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a supercharger 7, a throttle valve 5 disposed on the upstream thereof, a valve 11 disposed in an intake-air passage 35 for communicating the upstream of the supercharger 7 and the throttle valve 5, a vehicle speed sensor 20, a throttle valve opening sensor 21, an intake-air temperature sensor on discharging side 23 of the supercharger 7, and a controller 15 which receives signals from the respective sensors. When the opening degree of the throttle valve 5 is decreased during deceleration and intake-air temperature on discharging side exceeds the preset value, the intake air is supplied to the supercharger 7 from the intake-air passage 35 through the valve 11.
