<p>PURPOSE:To provide a roller, which has high dimensional accuracy, necessitates no after-working, good release properties and function peculiar to large roller, and its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION:The large roller concerned is molded out of resin and consists of circular column 61, the predetermined portions within which are removed, and shafts 64 projecting from both ends of the circular column 61 on the axis line, which is connected by means of ribs 63 formed within the circular column 61. In addition, on the outer periphery of the circular column 61, annular notched grooves are formed at a plurality of sites to the direction of the axis line of the circular column 61. The production equipment concerned consists of bisected slide core-retainers, in which stepped circular hole-like cavities are formed, a fixed core pin and a movable core pin, both of which respectively have center holes, are inserted movably in a cavity from both the axial ends of the cavity and are placed opposite to each other so as to abut the outer peripheries of their cylindrical parts against the inner surfaces of the small diameter parts of the cavity, and an ejector pin, which is inserted in the center hole of the movable core pin.</p> |
