<p>PURPOSE:To improve accuracy for detecting an oscillating amount by optimumly controlling the period of integrating angular velocity corresponding to an exposure period change due to the selection of a shutter. CONSTITUTION:The integrating periods of integration circuits 15v and 15h to integrate angular velocity detection signals detected by angular velocity sensors 13v and 13h are controlled corresponding to a shutter selecting pulse 11. The oscillating amount is detected based on integrated output signals Mv<11> and Mh<11> from the integration circuits 13v and 13h and a signal (f) detected by an (f) value detection circuit, and movable area designation circuit 17 generates a sensor scan area designating signal mv1 and a line memory read address designating signal mh1 and controls the sensors and a memory. Thus, a video signal suppressing oscillation is outputted. Therefore, the oscillation suppression of the video signal can be improved.</p> |
