<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a toner excellent in blocking resistance, fluidity. chargeability and storage stability by incorporating a specific quantity of a specific crystalline acrylic ester polymer and/or a crystalline methacrylic ester polymer. CONSTITUTION:The toner composition contains 0.5-30wt.% crystalline acrylic ester polymer and/or crystalline methacrylic ester polymer having 35000-500000 weight average molecular weight. Being higher in affinity to a toner binder resin than a polyolefin wax but lover in melting point than the polyolefin wax, these polymer are easily dispersed into the binder resin and is excellent in dispersibility at the time of producing the toner by dispersion method. Furthermore, as the crystalline acrylic ester polymer and/or crystalline methacrylic ester polymer is relatively low in melting point and has long chain alkyl group, excellent releasing property is attained and the blocking resistance of the toner is excellent.</p> |
