<p>PURPOSE:To improve the transmission quality and the transmission efficiency of a wired line between a radio base station and a mobile exchange station in the mobile radio communication system when communication is implemented by using a fixed length packet signal. CONSTITUTION:For example, a mobile exchange station 107 uses plural communication data composition/decomposition circuits 1131-113n provided in parallel to convert a low speed digital communication signal into a short packet signal. A fixed length packet composition/decomposition circuit 1141 packs plural short packet signals into a long fixed length packet signal and sends the signal. A radio base station 1011 extracts the plural short packet signals from the fixed length packet signal and uses a communication data composition/decomposition circuit 105 to decode them into a low speed digital communication signal. Thus, the economical communication channel with a high transmission efficiency is formed.</p> |
