SUBSTANCE: proposed device has frame 6 mounted on two running bogies 1,2 with fitted-on nut runners II provided with probes 13 to determine location of nuts. Bogies 1,2 are installed for displacement along frame by means of differentially-connected double-acting power hydraulic cylinders 9,10. Each running bogie 1,2 is provided with clamps 14 for fastening to track rails. Sum of working areas of hydraulic cylinder rods of both bogies is equal to working area of piston of each hydraulic cylinder. Diameter of rod of hydraulic cylinder of first bogie in direction of running is smaller than diameter of rod of other bogie. EFFECT: provision of continuous process of turning on and off track tie nuts. 4 dwg
