The present invention concerns the field of environmental protection, namely to prevention of flowing lead, lead compounds and waste accumulators' acid into soil, ground-water and sewerage system. The present invention may be used by car wash, telephone communication service centres as well as by plants for utilisation of raw-materials. The object mater is the acceleration of neutralisation process, decreasing of reagent-expenditure as well as prevention of flowing lead-particles or other mechanical particles into sewerage system. The intention is achieved by using sedimentation tank for settle out mechanical particles. The following step is recycle-mixing liquid in the neutralisation vessel by using pump. Continuation of neutralisation-process takes place until neutral or weak basic reaction of solution. Neutralisation reactant is added to solution in excess-amount to 10 %. The disclosed process has periodical character.
