The winder comprises of two side panels (12,22) that are joined at along the center axis by spars . The extreme end spars have pins molded to them such that the line loop can be retained. A plastic loop is located on another spar assembly for the retention of the hook element. The pre-formed tackle is wound around the ends. The side panels are shaped with complementary raised and recessed sections such that adjacent winders can be stacked.
