The invention relates to a mini-plant for waste water purification, comprising the following components: a) a preliminary sedimentation vessel 10 with a service hatch 7, b) a vessel 11 for chemical sedimentation, also fitted with a service hatch 7', c) a dosing device 12 for the introduction of chemicals, and d) means for conveying the waste water through the plant. At least one of the vessels is placed in the ground, this vessel having a cylindrical shape 5. This vessel also comprises an internal well construction 15,29 for separating the incoming and outgoing streams from each other. The upper part of the said cylindrical vessel 5 is a truncated cone 9 that is positioned eccentrically with respect to the cylinder. The service hatch 7 is placed on the top of the eccentric truncated cone near the wall of the cylinder 5.
