Peristaltic flow pump comprises pump cylinder (1) including rolls (10) driven by chain (11) and applying pressure along pipe (12) containing wine. Pipe can have oval transversal cross-section so that compression height is smaller than for circular cross-section pipe. Liquid in pump cylinder allows pump to rapidly go back to original shape.
