The user creates files of data relating to valuable documents and objects, by keying in data or scanning photographs and documents. The files are loaded to a server database, via a secure link. The server database is known as a Virtual Safe. Only the user can add material to his safe or delete material. Access to the data in the Virtual Safe is limited to the user, the police and insurance companies.
