The cliplock device(4) consists of two sections each having angle sections(5,8) on their outer end and by their inner ends connected by a lock(7). The angle sections are in the form of forking hooking claws. The lock is carried on the inner end of one of the sections while the other section has a corrugated section on its inner end. The locking unit of the lock and the lock itself are made of a corrosion-resistant material. The locking pin of the locking unit geometrically forms the mating piece for the recesses in the corrugations.
