The rotor (10) has a cylindrical bore (12) with hub (14) to mount it on a shaft (16). The hub is fitted into the bore via an elastically deformable vibration-dampening part (20) of elastomer, thermoplastic elastomer material, or technical foam. The part has a hollow (22,23,24,25) and an outer ring (28). The material is connected to ring/hub by esp. bonding, glue, or a multi-component process, or by friction. .
