A circuit fastener (110) is rockably mounted for up and down movement on housing to secure the flexible PCB. Electrical connector (100) with a connector housing (102) attached in opening of printed circuit board (PCB) includes connection portion for receiving flexible PCB, connecting terminals (106) mounted within housing (102) and terminated in surface mount portions where upper surface of this is made to correspond with lower surface of PCB.
