A beverage mixture forming apparatus includes a batch vessel (12), a first valve (20) distributing a mixture of hot water and a beverage concentrate into the batch vessel, second valve (18) for distributing cold water into the batch vessel, and a controller (40). The controller controls the first valve to intermittently distribute the mixture of the hot water and the beverage concentrate and the second valve to intermittently distribute the cold water in forming a batch of the beverage mixture. |
