<p>The invention relates to a lock comprising a coin deposit for shopping trolleys. Said lock is provided with a common functional component (21, 22) which extends into the coin chamber as well as into the key chamber (30). A control bolt (40) is provided with a recess or a spigot which interacts with said functional component on the side thereof facing the wall of the housing. The recess or spigot controls the inventive lock in such a way that the key (35) held in the key chamber is released and vice versa when a coin (25) is inserted into the coin chamber whereby the key (35) creates the link with the next trolley. Said components are sufficient to control the lock comprising a coin deposit, whereby all components can be advantageously made from resistant synthetic material.</p> |
