CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND VARIANTS

The present invention relates to concrete compositions and may be used in the production of construction materials as well as in guniting and cementing operations. The purpose of this invention is to produce construction materials which exhibit high mechanical strength, density, water-tightness, frost-hardiness and corrosion resistance indices and, in the context of guniting and cementing operations, which have improved sealing and water-insulation properties. This invention also increases the support capacities of concrete or reinforced-concrete structures or other structures. This concrete composition contains: an additive-free clinker Portland cement having an alit C3S content of 58 to 62 %; microscopic silica; a fine filler; a C-3 superplasticiser; a composite additive ground until its specific surface area reaches (4.0-4.5)x10<3> cm<2>/g; and a mixture containing a clinker cement with a C3A content of 8 to 12 %, ground quartz sand and dry C-3 powder according to a ratio of 5:4:1, respectively. This concrete composition further includes ground quartz sand having a specific surface area of (3.5-4.0)x10<3> cm<2>/g and water. According to its use, the concrete composition contains as a filler quartz sand having a fraction of 1.25 to 2.5 mm and/or quartz sand having a fraction of up to 0,14 mm or a mixture of sand and gravel in which the grains have a size of 2 to 5 mm.
