EMULSION FORMING WATER DROPLET AND METHOD FOR PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: An emulsion forming a water droplet and a preparation thereof are provided for improving capacity to maintain the optimal moisture level for skin and decreasing loss of moisture by penetrating more rapidly into the skin. Also, the emulsion refreshes and keeps skin soft when applied. CONSTITUTION: An emulsion forming a water droplet comprises 2-10 wt% of dimethicone/vinyldimethicone cross polymer, 1-15 wt% of dimethicone, 1-5 wt% of cetyle dimethicone copolyol and water of a proper quantity. The preparation method comprises two steps of: emulsification step mixing homogeneously with mixer by slowly adding an aqueous ingredient to an oily ingredient and defoamation step, wherein the aqueous ingredient dissolves in dimethicone/vinyldimethicone cross polymer and oil, and the oily ingredient dissolves in refined water.
