METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING ROTOR OF PERMANENT MAGNETIC ELECTROMOTOR

PURPOSE: A method for assembling rotor(20) of permanent magnetic electromotor is provided to reduce the process and time of assembly and to prevent demagnetization of a permanent magnet(25) by indenting a rotor core(21) assembled with a permanent magnet(25) at normal temperature without using a separate heating device into a cylinder rotor case(21). CONSTITUTION: A method for assembling rotor(20) of permanent magnetic electromotor includes following steps. A taper side(25a) is formed by processing the upper edge of a permanent magnet(25) assembled to the outer side of a rotor core(21) with upward inclination. When the taper side(25a) is formed on the permanent magnet(25), the taper side(25a) is formed on the permanent magnet(25) is indented into the rotor case(21) for the rotor core(21) assembled with the permanent magnet(25) to be inserted into the rotor case(21) whose inner diameter is smaller than the outer diameter of the permanent magnet(25) assembled to the outer side of the rotor core(21). When the rotor core(21) is inserted into the rotor case(21), both edges of the rotor case(21) are bent inwardly, and the permanent magnet(25) and the rotor core(21) are fixed for the rotor core(21) assembled with the permanent magnet(25) not to move in the rotor case(21).
