PURPOSE: A data output buffer is provided to divide an output driver into multi stages and drive the multi stages consecutively. CONSTITUTION: A data output buffer includes an input device, a driving controller and multiple output drivers. The input device receives data signal(DOUT) and output enable signal(OE) and outputs pull-up signal(PU) equal to the logical value of the data signal(DOUT) when the output enable signal(OE) is logical 1 and pull-down signal(PD) of the logical value of inverted data signal(DOUT). The driving controller receives burn-in enable signal(BIEN), address step detection signal(ATD) and light bar signal(/WR) and activates the multiple driving control signals consecutively. The multiple output drivers receive pull-up signal(PU), pull-down signal(PD) and driving control signal(S1¯Sn) and operate pull-up or pull-down movement according to the logical value of the data signal(DOUT) when the driving control signal is activated.
