摘要 PURPOSE: A liquid crystal panel including a bypass capacitor is provided to implement the bypass capacitor on the liquid crystal panel to decrease the thickness and to simplify the manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: The liquid crystal panel including a bypass capacitor includes a liquid crystal cell matrix, a matrix driving integrated circuit, a plurality of signal lines(38), a bypass capacitor(44), and a conductive layer pattern. The liquid crystal cell matrix includes thin film transistors and liquid crystal cells formed between the first and second glass substrates in a matrix formation. The matrix driving integrated circuit is implemented on one side of the first or second glass substrate to drive the liquid crystal cell matrix. The signal lines are formed on the glass substrate on which the matrix driving integrated circuit is formed to provide the signals from outside to the matrix driving integrated circuit. The bypass capacitor is formed under the signal lines to be electrically coupled with the signal lines to reject the noise component included in the signals to be transmitted by the signal lines. The conductive layer pattern is implemented under a dielectric layer to be coupled with a ground line.
