PURPOSE: A process for manufacturing rasp is able to execute notching, buffing calking process and tip work continuously by processing strip, is effective in cost reduction by reducing material with maximal, don't damage to blade part by adhering tape in calking work both sides of rasp. CONSTITUTION: A process for manufacturing rasp is characterized by manufacturing semi-manufactured goods with the shape of rasp through notching process by processing long strip(10); forming notching hole(11) at a fixed distance with the one side; executing buffing work processed with continuous to improve surface illumination in both surfaces of the strip(10); forming rasp blade by executing calking work for three times in the both surfaces of the strip(10) with different angle; forming rasp blade to execute calking work for three times in the back face of the uncalked strip(10) with different angle; cutting strip(10) with fixed length by using cutting press through tip work in completing calking for the both faces of strip(10).
