PURPOSE: A process for producing an artificial seedlings with enticing materials of an adult organism of spoon worm and filtered sea water gathered from a habitat in different condition of salty, temperature, pH etc. and improving the environment of a tideland with a cultured fry. CONSTITUTION: A process of an artificial seedlings comprises of fertilizing with a sperm and an ovum from an adult organism and producing an artificial seedlings with in different condition of salty, temperature, pH, enticing materials, feed and changing water. And using a typical mode of life of a cultured fry (U type hole) can improve an environment of the tideland.
