PURPOSE: A barrage using a waste tire for damming against river floods is provided to prevent the waste of resource by recycling a waste tire, make an economic profit by easy installation and repair work, conserve ecosystem and prevent environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A barrage using a waste tire for damming against river floods comprises the steps of; assembling a waste tire (1) with a metal pipe (4); inserting a wire (4) into a hole of a metal pipe (4); installing a fixed post shore (6) and a post shore (7) on the both sides of a river; connecting one side of a wire (5) to a fixed post shore (6) and the other side of a wire (5) to a drum (8) of a post shore (7); installing a fishery plate (32) between a waste tire (1); screwing a drum (8) and pulling a wire (5) tightly, therefore fish can pass through a fishery plate (32). When the rainy season or water pollution stored in a barrage (30) rots, one side of a barrage (30) is opened and water is drained.
