PURPOSE: A simple convergence correction method of a projection TV compensation is provided to solve the problem of red and blue signals being scattered through a screen. CONSTITUTION: A projection television includes a red cathode ray tube, a green cathode ray tube, and a blue cathode ray tube. The projection reflects the red signal, green signal, and a blue signal from respective cathode ray tube onto a screen. The respective cathode ray tube includes a deflection yoke(1). The deflection yoke varies right/left deflection force of the electron beam with respect to the color signal for an amount corresponding to the angle at which the color signal is reflected at the reflection mirror. The red cathode ray tube, green cathode ray tube, and the blue cathode ray tube further includes an asymmetrical deflection yoke, a symmetrical deflection yoke, and an asymmetrical deflection yoke, respectively.
