PURPOSE: An elastic separation plate for a scroll compressor is provided to maintain an initial assembly state by preventing transfer of heat of welding a partitioning film to a fixing scroll and a main frame, thereby improving performance of the compressor and reducing noise. CONSTITUTION: An elastic separation plate for a scroll compressor includes a shell(51) as an outer case, a partitioning film(58) having an outer end part welded on the shell and an inner end part closely contacted at an upper end part of a fixing scroll(52) with a gap, and a cap(59) welded at the partitioning film at and end part for forming a high pressure part(H) on a top part of the fixing scroll by covering the fixing scroll and the partitioning film, wherein a sealing element(60) is mounted in the gap between the partitioning film and the fixing scroll.
