PURPOSE: A constant voltage circuit is provided to generate constant voltage without regard to the change in voltage or temperature by comparing the desired voltage with the constant voltage, adjusting the level of reference voltage, and maintaining the level of the constant voltage. CONSTITUTION: A constant voltage circuit includes an analog/digital converter(210) that lowers the level of the reference voltage(Vr) if the constant voltage(Vout) is higher than the desired voltage, and heightens the level of the reference voltage(Vr) if the constant voltage(Vout) is lower than the desired voltage in generating reference voltage(Vr) by inputting constant voltage(Vout). An operation amplifier(220) compares feedback voltage(V1) with reference voltage(Vr) and outputs low signal(L) if the feedback voltage(V1) is lower and high signal(H) if the feedback voltage(V1) is higher. A constant voltage generator(230) outputs constant voltage(Vout) adjusted to the output voltage(V2) of the operation amplifier(220).
