<p>In alternate manner there are carried out working steps, during which always one base station is selected in the base station selection step, always one frequency is selected in the frequency selection step and after those selection steps are finished the assignment step follows. In this assignment step at least one selected frequency is assigned to the station. The step sequence is then repeated in cycles until all base stations have assigned the respective frequencies. Prior to the frequency selection step there is determined in a determination step for each set of frequencies to be still assigned a probability of interference between each frequency intended for assignment and identical frequencies already existing in a network with mobile radio telecommunication devices as an interference on the shared channels, as well as between each frequency intended for assignment and adjacent frequencies already existing in the network as interference on adjacent channels. During cyclic selection and assignment of frequencies to the stations first in the station selection step there is always selected a subset of base stations from a set of base stations to which frequencies are to be assigned according to a first selection criterion of the base station selection and from this subset another subset is selected according to another criterion. This selection step is repeated until the subset comprises a single base station, only. Subsequently in the frequency selection step there is selected for the selected base station in similar way according to the individual criteria a frequency that is then in the assignment step assigned to the selected base station and the sequence of selecting and assigning steps is carried out for all base stations, to which the frequencies are to be assigned.</p> |
